Returns & Refunds


We operate a money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please return the item within 60 days of receiving the item, to the address provided on the invoice, and leave a note in the package stating what outcome you would like eg. refund, exchange etc. Unfortunately shipping costs are not retrievable, so we are unable to refund return shipping costs, but all exchanges are sent out free of charge.

If you have received the wrong item, or a faulty item, please return the item to the address provided on the invoice, and leave a note in the package stating what outcome you would like eg. refund, exchange etc. Please return wrong/faulty items as cheaply as possible and we will refund the return postage costs in these circumstances, but only once we have received the item back at our depot. We have a limit for the amount we refund returns costs of £5 for UK returns and £10 for all returns outside the UK. Alternatively, we can arrange for a collection to be made, or a pre-paid label emailing to you, to have the incorrect item returned to us this way.

All items must be returned in original, unused, resalable condition. This includes the shoe boxes that the items come in, please do not apply any tape directly to these boxes! If the shoe box is not in original condition like when you received it, this voids your rights to a full refund, and the item may be sent back to you, or a partial refund will be issued to cover the costs of repackaging.

We recommend sending all items back to us in a mailing bag (as they were sent to you) which prevents any labels/tape being stuck on the shoe boxes. If tape or postage labels are stuck on the shoe box itself, this voids your rights to a full refund, and the item may be sent back to you, or a partial refund will be issued to cover the costs of repackaging.
